Track Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped you should receive your tracking number(s), once you have enter it in the following link below to track your order. Tracking numbers usually start with UT and will be sent to your email or phone number. Ex: UT100000TH
Once you locate your tracking numbers enter them in the following link:
Tracking may take up to 72 hours to show after you have received your tracking information.
You should receive your tracking email and number 5-10 business days after you've placed your order, usually sooner.
Because all of our items are made to order, to increase shipping times your items may be sent in different shipments and you will possibly receive multiple tracking numbers.
If your order shows shipment cancelled, or your shipment details do not show up, please wait up to 24-48 hours for it to update.
All shipments are expected to arrive 2-4 weeks from the day your order has shipped. Due to Covid-19 shipments may be delayed by another 1-2 weeks. Your order should arrive 6 weeks at the latest from the date your order has shipped.
